No Virtual Au Pair membership will be made available without payment. Direct payment on the Web page will grant access immediately if successful, any EFT payments (electronic payment) will require a valid proof of payment be sent to Virtual Au Pair: [email protected]
Access after proof of payment can take up to 48 hours to be processed. No valid proof of payment will result in no access to VA Web page and/or material.
Membership subscriptions are valid for the specific calendar year in which payment is made. Payment grants access to that specific year's content only. All access to the Virtual Au Pair Web page and study materials will automatically expire on the 31st of December of that same year.

Furthermore, there is no guarantee that VA materials have no errors and are fully correct. VA team do their best to do everything on high quality, but we never promise perfection. If there are any errors picked up, it can be emailed to us directly, we will rectify if valid errors were pointed out.
No return will be made if the Registrar/parent/guardian is not happy with the content of the website. All joining is done at your own risk. VA is always open to any feedback and suggestions sent to our email address, but no fees will be refunded if individuals feel the content is not applicable or adequate.
No Web page features guarantee full functionality. If there are any functions that are not sufficient, VA team will investigate, but VA guarantees do not give any warranty on functionality.
Furthermore, VA take no responsibility if the member does not have access to any internet connection/data. The functionality of VA website requires internet and data usage. The speed of functionality can be affected by the Internet, it is not VA's responsibility.
VA has the right to limit the number of smart devices used by each member. Each member will only have a certain number of smart devices granted to minimize login details being shared with other non-members. VA has the right to block membership in cases when the number of smart devices have been exceeded. An Email will be sent to the parent to investigate the reason for all the smart devices used. Extra smart devices will be removed and blocked by VA in cases where there is no valid reason for having exceeded the smart device limit.
No membership/login details may be given to any non-members. In such an event VA has the right to immediately block membership.
All VA members will be responsible for printing content, VA will not be responsible for any printing. All Documents are in Color and VA takes no responsibility if members do not have color printers and if printouts are of bad quality.
All membersโ details are submitted at own risk and VA obtains the right to use all membersโ information submitted for VA marketing purposes.
